Description says it was "professionally" built after the war. It does look pretty good, and I don't think the price of $275 is too bad.

Also lists it as "POF." What is that? Pakistani Ordinance Factory?

Yes, POF is the Pakistan Ordnance Factory located at Wah Cantt near Islamabad.
