I ordered a rubber eye piece and front scope flip up cover las week. I got the eye piece and a rear scope flip cover. I emailed them and said I would pay the diff for a two piece set if they would send the front cover. I got an email back Sunday evening saying they would send the front cover at no charge, since they goofed. Their support has been great.

I had good luck with them about three years ago. Even asked me to fill out a survey on their service. Many of the guys at saiga12.com have had some bad experiences lately. Good luck.

I already got my scope from them. I love it.

I ordered a posp scope mount plate to convert my 8x posp scope from the ak rail to the psl type rail. It came in last friday. The pivot lever is mouted so off straight that it will not clamp on to the rail. So I emailed Kalinka monday as their website says. No reply as of wednesday so I emailed again. Today, still no reply so I sent another one. However, when I emailed from another account a "normal question" from a "prospective buyer" I got an almost instant response. So I know they are getting emails. They are just ignoring mine so they don't have to do any replacements. And they have no phone number! I even searched online for their phone number. No avail. I don't know what else to do? Anyone have additional contact information? Or live near them?

Grifter are you familiar with the adjustment of the clamp?

Yes I'm familar with it. However the top and bottom hole that the center pivot goes through are not lined up. They are so far out of alignment that it cannot be tightened enough because the bottom of the lever binds into the top. It was simply dirlled crooked! However, instead of scrapping it, they halfass installed the other parts and shipped it out to me!

You do know they are just reselling, not making those sights...

Do you have any pictures of the problem.

I have heard mixed reviews on them but I have had good luck with them.

I am still emailing them every other day! But no reply! I probably will try to locate another one somewhere else and just but it. But I sure as hell ain't gonna send them any more of my money.

Should I contact my CC company and file a report with them? Will they be able to do anything? Or would they atleast have their phone number attached to their payment info?

It is worth a shot. I have heard of some people being successful in getting they're money refunded.

Well I sent them another email. I'm gonna give them till the weekend. If they still don't respond via email (which is their only means of contact) I am gonna use other avenues. I will contact their local better business office and lodge a complaint and contact my cc company and file a formal complaint asking them to get my money back. I'm tired of trying to be nice and having to waste my time day after day with a company who obviously only cares about getting a few dollars. Then delivers a crap product which is clearly defective and will not return my emails about THEIR mistake!:icon_mad:
