:icon_biggrin: That's pretty funny. I hope he didn't eat it, nasty flesh. Also, before the tree-huggers complain, carp are an introduced (IE: NON-NATIVE) fish which is considered a pest in many areas. They root up the lake bottom creating very silty water, which prevents other fish (Bass, sunfish, catfish, ect.) from successfully hatching their eggs. Anglers are encouraged to practice catch and kill.
They also feed on the eggs aswell.

My father used to toss the carp back or give them away, there are folks that will eat them, they say if you pressure cook the meat, then the bones are not a problem. That said I really dont want to eat over sized gold fish anyway.
