View Full Version : This i why i have a distrust for my local government.
Milwaukee Police officer, charged with being an illegal alien.
By the way in milwaukee, any police officer that is fired will receive full pay and full benies, untill a hearing with the police professional commitee. The comitee will not hear any case if there is still an on going trial.
This scum is still getting paid.
Heres the story, try and put a spin on that.

Well, I read it. It doesn't say he beat anyone. It said he was hired under a program which five years ago came under fire during the investigation of the beating of Frank Jude Jr. and was later overhauled. Because a lot of the persons hired under the program were getting in trouble. It looks to me that the only thing they have on this guy is he took the identity of a dead relative to claim he was a US Citizen...

Oh they will let him stay and keep the money.. It will be delayed until amnesty is granted. Then he will be given his job back plus a bonus for all his trouble.

So because I don't buy that your hatred of the Police is due to two different cases of corruption. You are saying I like things like that?

I guess the union that he is a member is scum according to some, as they negonate the contract outlining his due process rights. Thus heck all of the cops are just closeing ranks to protect their rights, which give him the same protection as a union member. I guess since its all just a union protecting the guy, heck we should just label all unions that give certian protections in due processes in fireings that label as scum too. hmmm guess unions protecting the process rights of their member is just wrong.
So due process in union contracts should be null and void if you dont like the case they are applied to.
Btw, read the article, it says its a state law that LEO, get paid while the process occours. Thus its out of the hands of the local authorties.

That he is still getting payed is a minor concern. That he got the job in the first place, that is a huge concern.
Heres what worries me, either Americas enemies are so stupid they can't take advantage of huge holes in security or we are in for a whole lot of trouble.

If you understand how identy in this country is made, the guy assumed the dead cousin years ago, thus was able to build a trail of id, along with ties to his fingerprints.

I live in Wisconsin and travel to Milwaukee on business frequently. While I don't necessarily agree with MID's point of view it is very common in the Milwaukee area.
In the past 18-24 months there have been a lot of problems with the MPD; charges of corruption, abuse of power, beatings, shootings and some claims of racism. Crime in general has also been increasing in the area and certain groups are saying the police aren't doing enough to address it. Basically, Milwaukee is seeing its share of problems and the police department is bearing more than its fair share of blame.

Being from Milwaukee, I realize that the MPD has had a lot of bad press
(Shomperland, Bembenik, Dahmer, Jude) but is it really any worse than any other medium/large city? I agree though that this guy should NEVER have been on the force and should do time for what he did.
K's list has me wondering what the hell happened on 11-24-17? Nine officers died. Guess I'll have to look that up.
*edit* Apparantly it was a bomb planted at a church by anarchists and found by two boys who brought it to the station where it went off.

I used to live in Milwaukee (got the hell out 2 yrs ago. just fed up with this kind of burocratic crap in milwaukee) moved to a small town in western WI. First of all this knot head does not have any rights in this country as he is not a citizen!! He should be charged and deported with a warning that if he comes back to this country illegaly he will do his time in a federal prison!! Also any and all of his pension should be returned to the city. I could rant about this crap for hours but i wont. Just my .02 worth.:wallbash:

Most lawmen are great and I highly respect what they do for us.
That said, this guy in particular first broke the law by ignoring our nations laws by being here illegally, then he used identify theft as a tool to get a job, no doubt using affirmative action as a crutch in the process. He certainly has no place in law enforcement that is for sure.
This type of criminal lawbreaker not only puts a black eye on law enforcement but on the legal immigrant/hispanic community as well. We as a nation owe nothing to this criminal but a trip back to the border and a promise of mandatory federal prison time if he ever returns.

I agree that the main concern is that he got the job in the first place. Funny thing is that as a police officer he essentially had more rights/less restrictions than the rest of us. He could pretty much carry his firearm anywhere he wanted. He could have an automatic weapon. Lets just say for example that he was actually a terrrorist or decided to help them out. With this kind of laxness in background checking etc. he could have had access to any number of things.
Incidentally the story about the Anarchists bomb should remind us that what we today call terrorists are nothing new despite all the hysteria generated in the press.

Exactly!... this is one reason why I as an American take illegal occupation and real border control so seriously!
So just how long is it gonna take for some terrorist group to figure out (remember these are some cunning folks we are dealing with).... Recruit some radical Muslims from Spanish speaking areas of North Africa.....don't fly into NYC or DC while jibbering in Arabic using false passports and carrying WMD's....no, just fly into central America somewhere (I'm sure the security is tight there and they could never be bribed).
Speak Spanish...don't wear rags on heads and dresses, instead wear jeans and T-shirts at all times...trucks getting checked at the border?...head North....so on and so forth ...let your imagination go for there. It wouldn't take a genius to figure this out. My god, what's it gonna take to get people to wake up. These are the same folks that thought nothing of flying planes full of men women and children into buildings.
This is going to happen if we don't start controlling all our nations borders. I can't believe 9/11 wasn't a wake up call to most Americans on this open border threat. :rantmeter:

I will hold out much comment until the jury comes back. Right now everything is alledged and we all know agencies and PDs can be wrong from time to time.
If, in fact, he violated a law then he needed not represent those who enforce them. If that becomes the case he is not in the brotherhood.

Seems like he became a leo for his love of this country. He was defending the streets.
I wouldn't be too hard on the guy.
What I mean is that he could have gotten on welfare, became a pimp, drug dealer............he chose to put his life on the line to protect citizens.
