After seeing the Blue Angels' thread I was once again reminded of this childhood memory. Back when TV stations actually signed off the air instead of feeding us a neverending supply of Extenz, Ronco Knives and Girls Going Wild commercials this was a sign off video that I loved to watch every weekend when I was allowed stay up late.
I don't know if it really belongs in the history section but I always liked this poem and clip from many moons ago.
