Well I just reciever my PSL kit + reciever from Centerfire systems after some hassals. They lost my FFL twice, then shipped the parts to a different address then the reciever and UPS had to intercept and redirect it. But their customer service was plenty good enough to help and resolve the situations. Well as I had heard the side mount will not fit the rail that's installed on the reciever. Does anyone have the information on what exactly needs to be modified to correct the rail so it will except the scope? Any help will be much appreciated!

The rail is too to thick for the scope mount. You can get a dove tail file from brownells and file it till the scope fits. Or you can order anther lower part of the scope from Kalinka optics and and file it to fit. It is alloy and alot easier to file.
Another option is to send it to Ken Kubin at Global and have him remove the siderail and put the correct one on it.

I used to mill them with a 60 degree dove tail cutter, pain the in a$$, I just replace the mount now with the original

Yeah I had kinda just planned on sending it to Globel but after I called twice and left two messages with my number and recieved no return calls I figured they were too busy to need my business. Maybe my message just got lost. Anways...
Does anyone have a picure of exacly what needs to be thinned. The scope will go on about halfway and then gets stuck. I thought about taking the lower off of the scope and getting some lapping compond and working it on until it fit. This might take a long time? Kinda need some more details!

You need to work on the top of the rail or the top of the slot on the scope. I don't know about lapping it in.With the file you stay in alignment with the axis of the rail.
Here is a pic with the file inserted in the rail. The rail is too thick from top to bottom. The dovetail file only has teeth on one of the three sides. So you have to reduce the thickness of the rail. Or you can enlarge the slot in the scope plate so it fits over the out of spec. rail.
