Just wanted to post and say hi, knew the old forum (dam hackers) the reason I haven't posted before is because you all answer all my questions I just search and find the answers. There is a lot of knowledgeable people here.

ARs are pretty easy. I like to build AKs myself.

Welcome back, as for building guns. The only gun I was ever able to build was the matchlock I built in High school shop.(Different world huh?)

Welcome, as for building, a ar, with a assembled upper is just putting things together. Even if you build the upper, its getting the torque right and timeing the parts.

FALS aren't that hard, but require the proper tools.

I've done somewhere around 20. Occasionally you have a small problem, but its more of an assembly/headspace rifle then what I would call a build. 90% of the time they barrel right up with no work at all. The key is staying with a good quality receiver.
