I found this one posted on one of the sites I look at occasionally. It is on thereifixedit.com. This is a pic of a "revolving shotgun". Any ideas or comments about it? I was just thinking that I wouldn't want to be around it if all six lit off.

That's kind of cool, really... I wonder who made it...

Nope, not Russian anyway. That one was built out of six chambers cut from some beat up 12ga barrels and a bargain barrel. I blogged about it (http://gunscoffee.blogspot.com/2011/02/so-cool.html) a few weeks ago, here's the original source (http://www.homegunsmith.com/cgi-bin/ib3/ikonboard.cgi?;act=ST;f=30;t=26275). More pics there as well, including with the side plate removed.

There is the rossi one, based on the Judge now too.

But it's only in .410..... (although I saw on The Firearm Blog that they're planning on one in 28ga soon.)

This shotgun should have been in a Spagetti Western If the Italian gunmaker Uburti sees it they will steal his idea. It looks like it would be a cool Cowboy action shooter with brass BP shells.
I like the retro butstock and slender Forearm. I can see Lee Van Cleef taking that out of his saddle weapons roll.

Everytime I see something like this I find myself thinking about how much flash and trash comes out of the cylinder to barrel gap on my .357 magnum S&W 686. What do you wear on your support arm to keep it from getting flash barbecued? OUCH!!

I think it's cool, its steampunk in a sort of Mad Max sort of way, you have to appreciate the thinking outside of the box in the inventiveness of it.

The builder states is barely noticeable with long sleeves. To be fair, there's a lot less pressure in a 12ga round.

looking at the original source, i stand corrected. It is a fascinating build, but I still don't think I would feel comfortable shooting it. But that is just me.

It's to bulky for me, I'll stick with the old 870. but give a big  to the guy who made it.
I have shot a friends judge pistol several times and like it. I would look at the judge long gun if they would make it stainless synthetic. The 28ga would be even better for camp gun.

They're marked as Rossi guns, but they come out of the same factory. I like the concept, however elegance, thy name is not Rossi Circuit Judge (http://www.rossiusa.com/product-details.cfm?id=190&category=15&toggle=&breadcrumbseries=&CFID=6363671&CFTOKEN=70114317).

The builder of this shotgun recently joined Weaponsguild and gave a bit more detail. He's currently building a 3 shot revolving shotgun.
