An ex-LEO budy of mine has a buddy who works in the IT field in Australia. He owns guns and shoots there. He tells my buddy to pick up this MB for him, and to send it to OZ...so my buddy pix it up, but then wonders...is it legal to mail an MB to OZ?

Anyone?

Anyone?

Bueller?

If there's any question, he does not want to send it. He sez the guy will be coming to the states in 5 months, and he can just take it back with them then.

Thx in advance,
Steely

If it's a custom job, or one made for the civvies (like the Phantom or Vortex) there shouldn't be any problem.

If it's an NSN numbered military issue (or was) it might fall under "export of military stuff" (which you're not supposed to do)

5 months ain't gonna hurt nothing. . .
