This isn't a photoshop in spite the pixel distortions. This gun is on gunbroker right now being sold in this configuration.

Not a true bubba since all it needs is a quick and cheap pistol grip swap but that is just wrong to sell it like that.

Not just the foregrip (weird)...

But I personally think an AR-style collapsing stock looks dumb on an AK. But apparently a lot of people like 'em.

Looks like its got a small picatinny rail in the grip position...perhaps in an attempt to skirt the law in cali.

True, AR collapsable stocks on AKs look stupid. That also looks like a SIG 551ish handguard. Also stupid. Ohhhh bubba, at least he keeps us entertained.
