Hey guys this is a copy of my post over at arfcom. I'd be happy to extend the same offer to a person here. I'm still waiting on pics..sorry. And obviously if this needs to be moved I'm sorry in advance

I came up with a reasonably simple jig for squaring the rails of ORF G3 or Cetme flats. They come out to very close to original G3 specs. My jig was based off of inside dimensions of a 1965 G3 receiver. I squared 4 flats using my version 1.0 and since have made a second gen but don't have any more virgin flats to work on. The whole process takes about 20 minutes a flat to perfect the rails. Using a HK33 or Cetme carrier the fit is perfect front to back, I only have those carriers to test but from the looks of it a G3 carrier is the same as far as shape is concerned. Update: the second jig is perfect:)
I don't have any pics at the moment but they will be soon to follow, I gotta pick up a new camera. Within a few days. My thoughts are this,
$20 for the first flat including return shipping and $10 for each additional. If thats outta whack let me know, but I have to cover my time along with the return shipping, assuming everyone will be using 8.95 flat rate boxes.
What I'm offering is I will do up to 3 flats for free for the first person that says go for it. All I ask is a review of the work posted here.
Thanks for your time, mprtech
