Anyone know why they are taking so long to approve new members?

I joined early this week-- having lost my last password in the xfer of computers in Iraq and I my logon is approved but I can't get thru the moderation queue to post anything-- they have no place on the site I can find to comment to the webmaster and plenty of people are on the site.

I am looking for someone who can machine the internals for .30-06 semi set for my kaboom'ed M1919A4 as all my old contacts have gone thye way of the buffalo.

I thought it odd it was taking so long to get me thru an approval queue unless I was a communist or something-- which as I understand it in this administration would be OK...:)

Any ideas?

If Paper Punchers reference doesn't work for you, you can also check with Battle Born Arms. Members here on MFA, and they are good at belt fed conversions, they are currently working over a 1919 for me.

Brian does that kind of work for most of the guys on the 1919a4 board.

+1 on Brian Penley. He did my internals a few years ago and has helped me out with a few other things.

Bryan has an outstanding reputation for machining internals but I have used Jeff Prater who runs Ironcreations as well - he's a very good guy to work with and works with 1919s a lot.
