Well im 100% feed up. As many of you know me and my fiancee broke up 3 mounths ago. Well we talked back in forth, her telling me to leave her alone then calling me, and me calling her trying to get her back. Well now its over, she slept with me and them told me if I ever called her she would call the cops on me, all in the same week.
I lost my job becuase I was so depressed they could be around me.
So I tried to better my life and make up for all the wrongs I have done to people. So I called everyone I had wronged in my life. One of witch had a restaining order on me 5 years ago, witch i was told be the courts was over. They called teh cops so i went to jail. The bail was 800.00. But becuase I was a gun owner and she said I would kill her, they MADE me give my firearms up and a 10,000 bail. Well it took my life savings to get a lawer.
So soon I will post everything I can up for sale. I am trying to work out a deal to LEAVE the USA AND GOTO A SMALL ISLAND IN THE MIDDEL OF THE OCEAN. Im not joking either. This place is just to much for me, I need some air.
This is all if the court will let me leave.
crazy life.

or the mediterranean, perhaps Belieze or trinidad?
Good luck in all your future endeavors, man. I wish you well, and safe travels. Trouble with the law and women are the pits--I know.
I think you'll benefit from some alone/you time.
I had a buddy who had some probs and ended up doing a stint of a fishing boat in the N.Atlantic...he told some great stories about the beauty and power of the ocean.
Hang in there dude.

you can always go to the south tip of Colombia and go caving. There are so many caves, that nobody will see you for a year.

Sorry to hear of the trouble! And if you do decide to go looking for a place to clear your head... Really consider Belize, They are a former British colony and speak English, and have no army as the government is so small. Pick up diving and you can get a job working the tourist dive boats. PADI and NAUI are the two most common cert org's. Cost of living is cheap and the hardest think to do is find a really cold beer!
Best of luck to you!! Like you say, sometimes the crap can be overwhelming. Getting away might be just the thing...
Old Chinese proverb says, Good things always come in ones and bad things never travel alone.

Damn, dude, sorry to hear about all that crap going on.
Take a laptop with you, and keep in touch...or else move
somewhere that they have libraries or internet cafe's, etc.
Best of luck to you, bro.
Don't forget your friends here.

I hope that with a fresh start, which should allow you to put past relationships behind you, new friends, new suroundings, and hopefully new adventures, these should allow you to to seek the results that you wish your future to hold.

You could always go to Arkansas or Alaska. Some places are as remote as the middle of the ocean. Im sure she will get what she deserves some day, at least you have a clear conscience.

Random...you might try Papua New Guinea. I lived there for six months. It was life changing. Also, I would recommend Otto Wyoming. Lived by there for a year and a half. If you want to get away from it all, try one of those.

If you want an island in the middle of the ocean, I would suggest Yap in the Pacific ocean. That is if you don't mind the native women walking around topless. It just might cheer you up.

Yes, but are foreigners allowed the same gun owning rights as citizens?
Plus, machine guns maybe be great, but third world health care, problems with armed factions kidnapping and killing folks, among other problems might not be worth it. Heck in some parts of the world, turning on the light switch aint even a given either.

I don't know about the machine gun part, but Dominican women I have met are sweet

They say Belize is a great place to retreat to as well

Probably one of the most moronic threads I have read. No offence and good riddance. Don't let the border hit you in the behind on the way out.

AMD...I thought someone from Cleveland would be more sympathetic. Not to mention after the way the Queen James and the Cavs lost to my San Antonio Spurs.

WAAH! My fiance broke up with me. WAAH! I contacted someone who had a restraining order aginst me. WAAH! I lost my job. WAAH! I'm leaving America, and moving somewhere else where, no doubt, I will be happy and be a big success.
I've had serious heartbreak in my life. A woman in college broke my heart--the aftermath contributed to my dropping out of college, and put me where I am today. Even 20+ years later, and 16 years of marriage to another woman, I still feel that my college lover was the lifemate for me and pray that maybe I will be one of those stories you read about where the old folks meet years later and spark it up again after years of marriage to other folks. The mere possibility keeps me going. I sucked it up and moved on.
As for "queen" James, he has proven what a class act he is, and I would love to see you call him that to his face...though I doubt you would get a rise out of him...that's the kind of guy he is.

Not everyone is as tough as you I guess AMD. Sounds like Random needs a break from his life. We've all had that "One" person we've lost. For me, I was already leaving the country when me and "The One" broke up. To tell you the truth it cleared my head and I was fine. Maybe a change will make the difference for Random. Australia is a great place to live. I met a lot of Americans that moved there to get out of places like Oakland, and other cities.
As for James...I loved watching the "Witnesses" commercials when San Antonio was destroying Cleveland!

I think amd is commenting on the never ending woe is mee that he read, thus some times we need to suck it in, and do what we need to do, rather than run away from the problems of life. If you read some of the other threads written by the author, you might see where this comes from and what the amd's point is.
