Nice looking rifle, got to love unique builds by companies. Depending on the price though it might seem more like a novelty since it doesn't seem to offer anything you can't already do/get on an AR platform.

A company called Kaiser Works had made a few AR's with a side folding charging handle, but it was positioned in the same way like that of a G3/CETME versus the side of the receiver.

The wood furniture looks great on that rifle. LAR Grizzly and Fulton Armory make side cocking uppers as well. More tailored to an SPR config so the shooter wouldnt have to loose cheek weld to cycle action.
