I want a Romy side folder.

I'm a left hander.

If you are the owner of a Romy side-folding stock, and if you'd be so kind the next time you're holding it with the stock folded, please try this experiment:

Fold it, and check to see how the clearance is for a left-handed grip? Just put your lef hand on the pistol grip, and lemme know.

I wanna put one on my WASR Hi-cap, but I want to be sure it is comfy...the Polish and Yugo UFs are not so comy on the left handed since the rear strap point can dig into the top of the trigger hand.

Thanks in advance!

The romy side folder does not impinge on the receiver. if your grip on a wood stocked AK is comfortable, so will a Romy sidefolder equipped one.

The sling loop is behind the receiver, not part of it (as on an underfolder)

Heres a pic of a folded wasr-3 to give you a idea of how it folds in relation to the grip. Mag changeout is tough when folded.
