Are these Tantal Mags?

Just won an auction for a Polish Tantal Kit and the seller is including some mags, pictured below. Are these 5.45 or 7.62 mags? Either way I can use them, but I want to make sure.

Yep Tantal mags. Nice looking kit. Looks like you are expanding your Polish collection.
DCI has the recievers,Copes has the U.S. Tantal muzzlebrake copy.

Yeah, I'll have to put the pistol purchase on hold, cause I figure I'll always be able to get a 40s&w, but Tantal kits I think will be going the way of the Dodo.
