Cetme ejector in HK trigger pack

Bought a new Hk complete lower fire control group for my Cetme.After putting it on I found it wouldnt eject cases.To make a long story a little shorter I cut grooves in the Cetme ejector so it would sit down in the HK trigger box.Works fine cycling it by hand,hav`nt took it out yet(still working on bolt gap issue).Am I gonna have any other surprises w/this lower when I go to shoot it?:

Way back, I bought a G3 ejector to replace my CETME ejector. The CETME had too much material removed on the business end (file marks were present). The G3 was the style with the little return spring in the back of the cage so I had to drill a tiny hole for the spring to hook on in the middle like the original ejector. It ran perfect though, completely interchangeable.......with the little hole added.
