Small wonder the feds can't do much about the drug problem. When they come down to making this kind of compromise, illegally letting some do business in order to catch others, the battle is truly lost. I'm sure the agents and bureaucrats involved have some kind of warped justification for this, but those of us outside the loop will be more inclined to think we have a bunch of federally funded foxes guarding our chicken coop.

Will have to keep an eye out. Very easy for this guy to say something like this to save his own skin. But after F&F I wouldn't be shocked if it really did happen.

By saying it he will have to have protection forever.He ratted his people and the government out,he has no future.

That was allegedly to fund something else they were not supposed to be doing. What are they up to this time?

I would be afraid to even guess but it will all come out,things are different these days there's more people digging into things than there used to be......

It's interesting that after all the hell that has been raised about the border not being secure little has changed with it.Seems they want it unsecure so MAYBE drugs and people can cross and the money (minus somebody's cut)can come back in.Maybe drug money is being used to fight the wars we're not fighting in Libya,Syria,Yemen,Egypt,Lebanon or it could be campaign funds.Who knows,we've never been ruled by people with high moral standards anyway.Somebody said just lately that we were the biggest terrorist country......that is something to think about......As for the border being unsecure Georgetown University came out with a study last year or the first of this year that said there are 200,000 Middle East immigrants living in Mexico.A unsecure border will do away with a lot of paperwork when they cross......
