I would just re-parkerize them. They are small enough to do on the kitchen stove (as long as you have a stainless steel pot). Park solution is cheap.
One of them is a little ugly and im not sure how to get them off

The wood is a little thin under the forearm front cap to pry it off but you can try. You'll do more damage removing it. If you can't fight it just using your hands, any tools will damaged both parts. Several vendors have the forearms with end caps for 10 bucks or so, maybe go that route. I bought a set new and put the end on before I was done with the wood. That's easy to work around but doing the metal around the wood isn't. My forearm/buttstock came from Cope's Dist BTW. I bought another set from WildBillCody to get a nice blonde matched set. Good luck

Most are held on with light hollow rivets. (I have replacement rivets from a Armorer's Kit) If you want to take the metal off, use a drill at slow speed and lightly remove the rolled metal. Then you'll have to sand, steel wool or sandblast off the old park. Then degrease and put into a hot mix of the park solution. You can do it in a stainless steel pot in the kitchen. Mildly odorous, so make sure the wife is gone.
Or for $14.00 shipped I'll send you the new metal (Both ends) and the replacement rivets.
Cheaper than parking.
