Might be hotter for machine gun usage, but that's the only thing i can think might be different.

I sent them an e-mail... their office is closed til Monday. Hopefully Ill be able to not miss out on this one. I was just about to order some of that Malaysian stuff Nalioth posted, but its sold out now. I love IMI, its the most accurate stuff Ive shot through my Cetme by far. I hope I can get a piece.

Not in stock.

KY Imports is right by my parents house so I have stopped by a few times. It used to be a good place to check out and I typically would buy a lot of .223 and mags from them. The last few times I have visited, the place seems like it has gone downhill. Ammunition is rarely in stock. The great deals in their quarterly flyers don't exist (guy told me they never even had some of those guns in stock such as century cetmes, wasrs, and various others). The website is out of date and the items listed are probably not in stock. Their prices have been higher than the competition and apparently firearms are not being bought because the same ones are always there and there is an inch of dust and spider webs on everything on the shelves.

Im not trying to be negative however, the service I got from there has always been helpful, HONEST, and friendly. The prices used to be very good and if things were in stock at the prices advertised, I would probably still shop there.

I think the above comments are right, they have been out of thing listed in their website, they must not be either updateing their ads and site. I have called looking for magazines listed and they have been out for months or years. I imagine that special is older than dirt.

Generally speaking, when buying linked ammo do they come with tracers every n'th round or so?

Generally speaking, when buying linked ammo do they come with tracers every n'th round or so?Usually every 5th round is a tracer. this is used for aiming your machine gun fire.

Typical loads for aircraft, included ap and tracers mixed with ball. I think there were three ball rounds one ap, and then one traced round. That does change, there is a af unit here that some times just changes the make up of belted ammo, pulling the various components(some times you dont want a traced round, to give away your position, like when the spectre gun ships are pulling a pole turn, fireing, tracers give the ground troops a line of site back to the aircraft).

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. ma by I should have bought the gun show special. the guy had 200 rd battle packs said they were SA but couldn't tell for 175. :blink2:

comes only in 140rnd sealed BPs...the Port comes in 200 rnd packs tho, dark green in color.

175 is a joke, but I ain;t laughin...cause its almost an insult.
