i am off and on this site several times a day. i usually check out who is on with me and have notice here lately that the guest side is 5 to 10+ the size of the members on line.

i am happy we have guest, but it would be very nice that after you have visited here a few times you would join in with us. it cost you nothing to join or belong.

we would like some new guy/gals/young/old ( like me) with some input. fresh blood is always good. come and ask some questions and enjoy. we welcome new ideas, it doesn't matter that you have 100+ guns or 1 gun or no guns, but that your interested in guns.

we enjoy helping each others with their problem, guns or other wise.

everyone is welcome.

Holy crap... I haven't really thought about it, but you're right! I'm SURE at least one of them has something interesting to say...

got to go capt. ron on this one. this is a great site to visit but an even better place to belong. this forum has been a vast help to myself and many who are like me. you do not have to be a builder of rifles or anything like that to enjoy the fellowship and good times and the wealth of info to be offered here. i came here looking for an answer to one question, found that and have never found a reason to leave. i guess what i am trying to say is, go ahead and join up. check in often and let us in on what is going on. just my thoughts on the subject. fwiw.

We'll let anyone on.... hell, they let me join and stay!

+1 to Capt. Ron and 7.62 guy. I've noticed more 'guests' than members recently and wondered what was up? To 7.62's point, I came looking for info on CETMEs because I wanted to buy one and learn about them yet found a vast group of 'friends' doing things that I never imagined folks do! That and the camaraderie of generally like minded folks and I love it here. I 'belong' nowhere else and it's the one place that I come each and every day.

Maybe it's like ctdemolay0405 says, nobody threw me out... they actually let me stay!

+1 to all the fine comments about the forum. I came seeking info on the Cetme rifle at the old site and have never left and I'm here almost everyday. I think of it as a bunch of friends sitting around old man Taylor's garage passing time and stories. With plenty of skill and knowledge thrown in and we got pictures to prove it. Oh and Bladeworks heat up that coffee pot.

And, I'm sure that many of the folks that just pop in for a good read often have valuable info that they could contribute to a thread, but can't if they don't sign up. It ain't hard to do...

And we very rarely diss you for dumb questions, like some boards do. (you got to really be an obnoxious sort to be put down around here)

And believe me, I've asked more than my share of dumb questions, and no one has hurt my feelings yet. I think it's cause everyone here really enjoys the sharing of knowledge far more than having a chance to get over on someone.

That's really crazy that there's so many guests vs. registered members. Hey! You! Yeah, you lurkers, join up! :D
