Bought this for a project but with the holidays coming around the corner I doubt I'll have any spare funds to really work on it for a while.
It's a Special Weapons Cast Stainless Steel receiver for the MP5. Much like the cast receivers on some CETME's it is VERY rigid and built like a tank. Problem is it's unfinished. You still need to drill the holes for the mag release, rear stock pin and the trunnion.
You can build an MP5 clone carbine or if you want something unique; you can build an "HK34" which is an HK94 that uses HK93 furniture and extended cocking tube. Posting a pic of possible builds.

I don't have my digital camera with me (family member borrowed it for a vacation) but this photo is exactly what the receiver looks like. The other 2 pics are of a HKPro member's rifle using this style receiver for his HK34 build.
