You get an H&K HP-6 FABARMS 12 gauge pump gun. That's a carbon fiber looking decal on the heat shield and receiver...

I paid $450 plus tax (6%) so it was $477 out the door; current Saiga 12 gauge shotguns are around $675 new. I have both a Saiga 12 and .410, new in the boxes never fired. I also have a drum magazine and 3 higher capacity magazines for the 12. Probably will end up sell them....

It looks nice to me...That thing available with a 30"full barrel?.
Duck season is upon us and I don't like dragging my 1100 through the salt, and no steel food for my mod.12....anyway I prefer pumps and don't want choke tubes either.

I don't think the FP6 came with that long of a barrel; this gun's barrel is 20" and they also make an 18" and 14-1/2" barrel fo rit.

Too bad because it would sure look nice in the blind, and be good for cold morning conversations.

I'm waiting for mine to arrive any day now. I paid a little more but mine comes with an HK chote side folder never fired. Nice score, they're easy on the eyes. I found new barrel replacements for these at CDNN too. I can't see them making the barrels anymore so an extra coudn't hurt.

If they did, I'll bet it would look something like this...
Edit: Just measured, my barrel is a 28" Tribore not 30". Still a sweet shotty.

Seasmoke - does yours have the mercury filled recoil absorbing stock? A co-worker told me that he a FABARM/HK, long barrel that was so recoil light he could shoot it one handed with a recoil like a .22.

Bought this back in the late 90's so memory a little foggy. The PO told me it had some sort of recoil reduction system but I don't recall him mentioning mercury. If you WIKI the HK FP6, it mentions recoil reduction incorperated in the Tribore barrel. All that said... It is a sweet shooting shoty, light weight, quick on target and very low recoil. One handed? Perhaps with arms like Popeye.

Just got mine in about an hour ago. I bought it last sunday. For some reason imageshack won't let me dowload full size image, only thumbnail link. Choate could have done a little better job marrying the stock to the receiver. There's a drop off to the stock that could have been a bit smoother.
