It's a PCI (Plum Crazy) polymer lower with a Chiappa .22LR A3 style dedicated upper. I have a flip-down rear backup sight & a 4x32 scope on a quick-release low-profile mount.
Went to the range, loaded a mag (Chiappa 28 rd, came with the upper) & CLICK! Bummer! Some have bought this combination with no problems out of the box. Others have had to replace or modify the hammer. Since a new "blowback hammer" costs $10-$15, I opted for modification. Looking at the hammer, I could see a couple light scuffs & dings at the upper front edge. I ground off about 1/8" off each side of the polymer hammer, about 3/4" from the top down with a Dremel tool & a medium sanding drum. Put it back together, loaded a mag, took it out back & POP! Works like it should, now. Loads, fires, extracts, ejects & reloads. Next range trip I'll have a nice, cheap plinker.
