This is not mine and I do not know the seller. I just saw it and thought that someone here might be interested. It has a cracked truninon but I know a lot of you guys build these yourself so this might be a good project.

Yup $460 plus shipping on it. However for that $$ there is a catch to it. Bolt gap is out of spec on it. It is low, less than .004. Probably the trunnion has gone soft in it. Here are the details on it.
A series JLD built rifle.
No flash hider
Like new PTR bolt head and carrier. (50rnds)
Metal lower.
Green german pistol grip and buttstock...no handguard.
I spoke with Gilliebear. The cost to fix is $200 to swap in a barrel trunnion combo from a demilled rifle. I have located a vendor who has excellent condition FMP front ends for $225. So for the same cost as a new PTR91GI you can have a better rifle done by a pro and have a few parts to sell off. Nice thing is when it's at GillieB's you can get a paddle mag release done too. The other option is to replace the trunnion with a used German one and repress the original barrel. GillieB charges $300 to do this.
If you have the skills to do it yourself you can get a nice shooting rifle for under $500.
I think that I have this priced fairly when you consider the cost of a PTR reciever and a parts kit.
I will have a spare bolt head and carrier avialable soon. Either an FMP or HK. That will be avialable to the buyer of the kit to swap out for the PTR one for a bit of extra cash.
I will have pics up shortly.
The only reason that I am sellling this is that my wife and kids bought me a new 91f for my birthday. :62: Selling this to fund something else.
Shipping is extra and i can take on line pay with pp

It was posted for 300.00 yesterday. I PM'd him about but he pulled it off. It also has some big dimple marks on rails from the rollers being forced out shooting when not fully locked in battery. Sounds like he's uncertain about what he wants to do with it.
