A pocket full of cash can do anything. It's nothing a torch and welder can't handle. We have a 354 Chrysler Hemi with a 671 blower and dual quads in a 56 Ford PU at the shop now that would make a nice power plant. Could pick it up for 15K to 18K. Do you want to use drill stem or seamless stainless steel tubing for the barrels on top? Father-in-law has a couple of track driven machines for the base.

No need for 922 parts. That is a Total U.S. Made USMC M50A1 ONTOS. In Nam from 1965 to 69 was known as the "Pig" to the 3 crew men or the "Armored Shotgun". As they could load all 6 106mm recoilless with beehive rounds that could deforest an area 1/4 mile deep by 200 meters wide... The Corps at the highest number, only had 176 of them. Originally designed during Korea when infantry weapons could not stop the Russian T34 tank. It was in service from 1951 to the last on being de milled in 1970. There are more WWI tanks in museums than surviving Ontos. In Ancient Greek, "ONTOS" means "The Thing".... I was privileged to see one of the last ones in 1973... It was one mean looking SOB... For those interested, a nice historical piece by Michael Scudder is Availible at: http://www.diggerhistory.info/pages-armour/allied/ontos.htm

Brother!! SSWEE, That is one sweet looking build that! I would even pay for, well I was going to say a tank of gas. (But that would require a second mortage!). Maybe a quarter tank of gas, just to ride shotgun for a hot 1/4 mile!!

Should find out this week how it hooks up. Suppose to be a 10 sec truck last time it was run serious. We complain at the price of pump gas but the good stuff was at $8 a gal when I checked last week and going up with the next delivery.
