Where to get .223 battle packs ?

Can anyone tell me where I can get ahold of .223 ammo at a reasonable price. I would prefer it in battle packs and it needs to be brass cased. My AR15 wont digest steel cased ammo. I haven't seen any surplus Radway Green or L.C. around for awhile. I assume this is because the war in Iraq.
