U.S. Made Cocking Handles

Does anyone know if there are any US made, all metal CETME cocking handles for sale out there? I would like one for a build I am doing. I thought there was a link once on the old site, but I don't have it bookmarked.

PTR91.com was the only source that I know of for the all steel ones.

Black-market-parts.com has some of the rubberized ones that are US made for sale.

Will the rubberized ones at BlackMarket fit a Cetme?
