I heard Robert at RTG say that they were made for the HK 21, since it wore rollers quickly. I dunno if I've ever seen any advrtised.
What is your current bolt gap measurement? I've never heard a request for minus-sized rollers before.

Check with Big Steve, he would most likely be one of the few that might have some. They are hard to find and apparently are priced accordingly. HTH

Micro Pilot, Have you checked to make sure you have a little gap between your cocking handle support and your bolt carrier. If there is no play in your cocking handle support it will hold your bolt gap open giving you a false reading.

Yea, that was me. I'm still not sure of bolt length. I've ordred a caliper and it should arrive next week.
As far as gap in the cocking tube. I think that might be the problem. In the other thread (that I can't locate know for some reason) I had said that there was a lot of gap. But after reassembly for the umpteenth time this week, that seems to have disappeared.
At this point I'm waiting for the calipers to get a true bolt length. I'm also going to measure the gap with out the cocking lever and carrier in place and see what that says.
Steve, thanks for the reply. If I need the smaller rollers do you have any or know of a source?

only thing I would know to do is pm robert@rtg to see if he happens to have a few stragglers around somewhere. I thought I remembered seeing them on his site a while back (maybe a year or so ago).
but let's get some accurate readings before you go off buying stuff.
The cocking tube gap can be checked by eye in most cases. basically, lock it back, let it slam shut, and the don't lift the handle, but move it fore and aft, to see if it moves a tiny bit... you just want to check and see that the bolt carrier isnt "resting" on the cocking handle. But you dont want too much gap, or its really hard to unlock, because the cocking handle wont completely "cam" open the bolt. You want to have just barely more gap than the bolt does... that way when the bolt gap gets to zero, you still have a tiny bit left in the cocking tube, and nothing will get damaged.

HKSPECIALIST.NET
they are HK rollers made for the hk21, but they work in a g3/cetme
you have to understand something - robertRTG gets stuff from the german ARMY - so his stuff is cheaper than most HK stuff. Same quality, but the bundeswehr dont pay full retail.
hkspecialist.net is a HK dealer - therefore his stuff sells at retail - his stuff is cheaper than MOST other hk dealers out there, but you have to understand that not only does Gordon need to make a profit, but HK does also.
they are for a hk21 - they do work in a cetme, and g3
