FORT WORTH -- One teen-ager is in custody Wednesday and two suspects are being sought in connection with a robbery at a supermarket where the husband of an employee waiting outside confronted the suspects and opened fire, according to reports.

The 17-year-old showed up at Huguley Memorial Medical Center in south Fort Worth where doctors called police as the teen was treated for gunshot wounds to his backside and foot , KRLD reported. The suspect was identified as Raysun Johnson, KTVT/Channel 11 reported.

The robbery occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when three suspects with yellow bandanas robbed customers and workers at an Albertsons at 3525 Sycamore School Road in south Fort Worth, police told NBC5.

One of the victims called her husband, who was waiting in the parking lot, KTVT reported. The victim's husband confronted the suspects in the store and shot one of the fleeing suspects after one had pointed a gun at him

The man who fired the shots was licensed to carry a concealed handgun, police spokesman Lt. Dean Sullivan told KRLD.

There are not to many counties in Texas that a grand jury would send down an inditment on him. Now don't qoute me but I am pretty sure that you can use deadly force to prevent harm from others. So a robber with a gun would pose a threat to anyone who came accross their path.

I am in aggreement, BG with a gun is bad news, and good on the guy who shot them.

But too many courts have ruled that if the perp is fleeing, he no longer poses a threat, armed or no.
