fer a while, he was the only Cetme (old forum) member I'd met in person. He's about as abrasive in person as in the ether...best taken like radiation...in small doses, and with a grain of salt (or Potassium Iodide) ;)

Nah, he's ok...with his back bothering him he can get a bit cranky is all.

Met him once a couple of years ago, while he was down here visiting family. Gave me a ride to/from the Lakeland gun show...every bit the gentleman, as was his brother-in-law.
We made a couple of stops on the way back...wouldn't mind running into that waitress at Hooters again....:rockon:

I'm sure he liked you, it was just the meds "adjusting" his mood throughout the day. I've seen it happen to a few others, and they can come off as abrasive because of it.

Let's not stir up old problems, but I think when the smoke cleared,
he was not banned from the site and was told he was welcome
back whenever he wanted. He was who opted not to return.
I miss his views and many posts and have often wondered how
his health has been doing as I think he posted on the old site,
from a hospital he was in and that was after the shake up.
