anyone think the brass for SA plastic ball ammo is the same as FMJ SA? wondering if i could pull the plastic bullet and reload new powder and bullets?

ive never reloaded but with prices like they are, sure looks tempting and fun. I have a case of the plastic ball ammo

Not sure about the SA stuff, but I know that other blanks use brass that is thinner than normal and is, thus, unsafe for reloading rounds. Proceed with caution.

Pressures would bother me some what, It maybe identical caseings, or maybe they use rejects for the plastic(though with libality issues I would doubt that too). When we make inert bombs, they meet the same specifications as real one except for some of the seals and fills.

P.S. you can just shoot it, it violates many international treaties that gave the south africians such a black eye any way. :)
