wtk: how do you install the triple frame?

How do you install the triple frame on a new cetme barrel?? I got a CFS cetme kit with the new barrel and I was needing to know how to install it. I tried slipping it in place with my hands but it only goes on so far... Do I need to press it on somehow or what? I am new to building a cetme... sorry... :1087:

heat it with a benzomatic torch, nice and evenly all around, then slide it in place, wear some gloves or use a channel lock pliers.

I broke one at the sling pin hole by hitting it with soft face hammer before I learned that it needed to be heated.

there was a sticky explaining how to do front sight adjustment on the old forum, maybe someone still has it.
