I'll say that in my experience, POF ammo is inconsistant and I will not shoot it. I won't be buying any. More for you guys that do though I guess..

I agree with Woodsman. I bought several boxes a few years ago and returned it all. Hang fires. My local gun shop will not stock it either.

Thanks for the link but, I saw a monkey drink it's own pee once, Maybe the problem is they don't have water fountains at Century's plant!

i sure get tickled at you guys that are quick bad mouth century arms ( or any of a number of importers). they usually don't buy from them anyway, but are quick to respond in a negative way, why bad mouth someone if your not doing business with them? :icon_question:

i buy from the all the time. get great prices, very good shipping and every now and then i get some bad stuff, but thats just part of dealing in surplus stuff. i don't enjoy paying extra for something so i can say ( bragging rights?) i bought mine at so & so and paid more. it is ok if you do........

some of you guys go on and on about the stuff you get from other vendors even though you pay a little bit more. "duh," most of them get there ammo from century, there guns from century, there parts from century. if not most of the other importers buy from the same place that century does.......
:icon_confused:

over the years century ( and a few other companies) have furnished us with guns, ammo, and surplus parts at a price we can afford ( read cheap). if you can afford the high dollor stuff then go for it.

have a nice day..............:hubba:

Planning, I agree everone does bad mouth century, but without them I imagine many folks wouldnt have various ak rifles, CETMES.G-3's, many of the various and sundry imported surplus stuff(just due to the fact century could buy entire lots of the stuff and get it in, yes they make money but the more you buy the cheaper it is to sell too).

I think many misses the point, that century brings the stuff in wholesale and then sells it to other wholesalers who then sell it to the rest of us. Not everyone out there is big enough to buy 100k of arms and then deal with getting it thur atf, customs and over the seas to here, then sort it and sell it.

I imagine lots of the wholesalers you dont curse as bad as century are getting their stock from century.

Now about monkey piss, thats just not right, but remember Gandhi drank his own urine(or has been attributed to doing it)

They have issues, but if it weren't for them many if not 90% of the surplus bolt action rifles you see nowadays wouldn't be here.

But I still will not buy or shoot Paki 303 ammo.

you know dogs eat there own s**t, they will eat cat S**t also, but i still like dogs, i just don't let them lick my face.

monkey's do a lot of weird things, we had a couple in vietnam and i would never own a monkey again. by the way they will bite you when you try to feed them and then take the food and eat it..............they will stick there finger up there a$$ and then stick up there nose.......the list goes on......

ugh! i guess i got going.....................:help:
