Florida needs help against semiauto assault rifle ban filed

For those in Florida and those outside. D.C. got a victory today but Florida was kicked in the nuts recently. We can not fall complacent and think its all over. This is only beginning and we need to continue to fight the fight

firearm"; prohibits manufacture, transfer, or possession of
semiautomatic assault firearm; provides exceptions. Creates 790.222.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
