Good day all,
I have a question about the C 39. I ordered one the other day and am waiting for it to be delivered to my FFL.
If everything checks out with my inspection of the bolt gap etc. Are there any components that I should look at replacing like springs or pins to save any issues in the future?

It will probably have a terrible trigger pull, which can be cleaned up by one of several gunsmiths. You will need a feeler gauge for bolt gap monitoring. A friend on a SWAT team who shot roller locked firearms a lot told me to expect to replace the extractor spring occasionally, but I have not seen it. Century has a history of strange assembly practices, and you would do well to look at the cocking handle, perhaps replacing it with an extended cocking handle. You will probably need to adjust the sights, so you might want to get the special tool that HK makes, or figure out a Hillbilly expedient.
