Just got the word via e mail, underwood is on its way and here by 10'30 am tomorrow (19th) wasn't sure I made the cut, but did and will throw some pics up when it arrives, I had purchased a underwood previously from another gent, but can easily keep this one too. Greedy huh??

Well its here, and what I can see of it, it appears to be in great shape,
It had to show up the day I had lasik surgery, everything is still pretty blurry, so tomorrow should be better and will post some pics.
I have an underwood already, but not from cmp, so will compare it to the other, makes five of different manuf. so we'll see what else turns up.
really have a hard time typing so, but am bored to death not being ablt to see and read thing.s
tomorrow we'll get some pics lup.

Here is the best I can do with my camera at this time, still cant see all that well up close, but a mile out is clear as a bell.

will try another camera later. but this is it.

Everyone I know has been real pleased with their CMP carbines. If I can pull an extra $700 between now and Christmas, I may get a Winchester when they offer them.

For the Winchesters, make sure your paperwork is there on the first days of sales. Otherwise, you may not get one!

We had the creedmor and the appleseed shoots here in phoenix, this weekend, I tagged a couple six digit carbines(inland) and a couple six digit garands in decent shape (rack grade) and picked up some needed ammo.
Met some of the folks from cmp, nice folks real helpful, lots of eye candy just ran out of the $$$, or would;'ve bought a few more, got lots of kids to arm LOL.

The paper work I sent in on the underwoods was late didint send it in till after the 8th or so, and I was surprised that I got in on it.
I;m gonna get the paper in on the winneys a lot quicker.
I only lack the winney, rockola and a sag, to have them all.
:icon_biggrin: its taken a while but they are coming around.
thanks for looking
