Someone posted on another thread about some cool shooting videos and it reminded me of the ones that Rick and Perro used to post of their shooting roundups in Vegas.
After digging around on my PC I have located a couple of my favorites, and with Rick and Mike's (Perro) permission I have am posting them for your enjoyment too.
so here goes.....
The first, but not quite the best......

I don't know for sure but I don't think that was him. In the first video it's him charging the CETME or G3 though.

I love that little machine-pistol in both clips! Not a VP70Z or a Beretta 93R .... and not burstfire only .... hmmm .... is it an aftermarket Glock conversion?
Thanls for posting these Rusty! Great stuff

I think they should of had a few videos of her holding up an ETCH-A-SKETCH and shaking to erase it.
But thats just my opinion, I'm no film maker.

Its not a Glock 18, I can guarantee you that. A Glock 18 will run thousands and thousands of bucks, and there's only a handful of them in America and they are all owned and not shot by LE agencies.
What that is is a converted Glock... looks like a sub-compact or a compact too. The 18 is a full-size frame and much longer than that one. If you could ever see it without the slide moving so quickly, it would have the selector on the back plate.
those are cool videos.

She's so busy looking 'cool' and 'hot' I'm surprised she can hold the gun. Etch a sketch would be a better fit for her.

I'd never heard of this little beauty before yesterday. And there's a guy on gunbroker selling 11 of them for under $2K each. Almost tempts me to go down the Tittle III road ....

yep, post 86, and also, I've never even seen those before. Those are 3rd gen guns with finger grooves and an accessory rail. The one that a non LE agency can buy are 1st gen pre 86 and the ONLY one Ive ever seen for sale was something like $40K, and sold quick.

Hey Rusty, Thanks for thinking of us. Yeah, Perro and I have been very busy of late. We finally got together with the wives a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a LONG time. As for shooting.....don't ask. We have been neglecting our passions, that's for sure. Anyway, I'm glad you started this thread. As some of you "old timers" know, Mike and I have done many videos over the years documenting our various shoots. I'm sure many here today have never seen them. I would love to share them as well.
Here are a few I still have hosted. There are many more that are not hosted at this time but I will start to get them all uploaded soon and share them as I can. Here are a couple..........Stay tuned for more in the coming days.
P.S. Rusty, the one posted above is not ours. This is a vid from a shoot in AZ several years ago and it was just posted on the old board. The following are our vids......

You are correct. The gun in the video is a converted Glock 19 owned by a local SOT.

That looks like a lot of fun. I like at the end of the second to last video posted when Perro is going to shoot the High Class Carbine. I always wondered why he didn't like them. :icon_biggrin:

This morning, I got forwarded a short video of an alleged shot bounce-back from a .50 BMG round. It seemed to take a long time to return, whistling as it came back. Anyone seen that video? Is it legit?

yeah it's legit. It was an AR-50, and it took so long because it had slowed down considerably after striking a steel plate and the ground before coming back.
here's the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ABGIJwiGBc
and here's the blog of the guy who originally posted the video, from www.madogre.com blog archives
6-27-07: BOOM HEADSHOT! This is amazing. Willie, the father of Tina, who made the sandbag rests fires a .50BMG, an Armalite AR-50 and it ricochets off of a steel plate that it should have easily penetrated. The bullet comes straight back and hits him in the head. You can see it hit the dirt about 15 feet in front on him before it clobbers him. Luckily he was uninjured. He's a bit sore today, but otherwise fine. Lucky lucky bastard. He has been advised to buy lottery tickets while he still has so much luck. I don't know about the timing, but you can hear the hit on the steel plate. Time that till the impact on Willie's head... how fast is that 750 grain slug traveling? The range is 100 yards. Amazing.
