Mag. release

In going over the two CETME's I picked up this weekend, the mag. release seem to be the biggest problem. One will barely move. Any suggesstions or is it just a "play with it" situation?

It may be a situation where there is some grit or gunk from assembly, being fired, cleaned wrong, etc. Give it a really good cleaning first to see if anything is binding the release.
