planning, ken (http://www.militaryfirearm.com/Forum/member.php?u=280) is known for his excellent work. His website is www.globalmilitarygunsmithing.com. he's a member here, too. I like the fact that he does "partial builds" (i.e. only putting together what you don't have the tools for, which lets you assemble the rest yourself) if that is something you need.

How every gross the one with the blood on it was. I think that it would have been awesome if you could have left it there.
That would be one set up on the mantle. Nice conversation piece.

please don't be. i have been gatherning parts for these builds since 1993. i am just now getting around to getting compliance parts for them. i have a bunch of other stuff (KITS) to build, but i kinda lost interest in them for now. i will get back to them later.............i have had fun so far, i have been taking the kits apart ,cleaning, sorting, and getting them ready for building. i don't have them all apart yet and i am not going to build all of them yet. maybe 1/2of them for now. i am trying to do each one of them a little different.
Yeah, don't feel that way over a couple of FALs.

i went a head and put the other 2 together this morning, i had to grind a little on the first one and the other 2 just went together. all three were all matching #'s.
2 stg-58's ( 1 was a new rifle kit and the other is like new kit that was cut up) and the G-1 ( the G-1 is like new and still has cosmolene all over it):woohoo-1:

thanks, the 4 barrels i am having cut down 2 are imbel and 2 are south africian ( 1 of them may be rhodesian)

i found 2 more south africian fal kits yesterday and bought them. the kits should be here next week or so. they have most of the orginial camo paint on them. i am going to reassemble them as they are so i will have a couple of fal battlefield rifles.
if i can find some more receivers i am going to build around 40-50 different looking fal/L1A1'S for my collection. ( i wish i had not sold so many of the fal receivers i had)

sorry none are for sale............:airtight:[/QUOTE]

40 or 50 FALs. MUST BE NICE.:wohow:
