Lebanon, NH, at the Grafton County outdoor range. I usually take spins down to Hooksett to check out Riley's, or Concord to hit the big show.

Syracuse, NY-I go to Elbridge Rod and Gun Club.
They have a 25,50,75,100 yard rifle range and 25 yard pistol range.
They also have an archery range, and allow camping and hunting on the property.
They also have black powder days (not sure of when though).

I'm leaning to Londonderry Fish and Game because it will piss off the Liberals that are burning down to club in the neighborhood. They also allow camping and hunting on their property.

Re: Londonderry Fish and Game
Their Range rule #10:
"Semi-automatic firearms may not be fired in a manner, that simulates full automatic fire"
would not, me thinks fly with the CETME, AR and AK lads here...:=)
Sounds like a Zumboesque rule to me...

Im from Raymond , and I shoot mostly at my buddies Farm in Brentwood. He has 100 acres , and no one there to bug us ever. I did some club stuff and I never felt welcome. The looks some people give you when you set up a 1919A4 , and then take out some cases of ammo . The best part is when they all seem to " Wonder" what the hell that crank is on the side. When they finally see how it works , I am laffing inside .

I haven't run into any such attitudes at RSC. Quite the contrary.
But then I have never been very good at reading peoples minds by the look on their face...

I'm down in North Attleboro, MA. I use Ames Rifle Club with a 300 yard range and a Bud gets me into Camp Fogarty down in RI every now and then for some 500 meter shots. I have a place in my home State of PA where I have a legal residence and a field that gives me just a tad under 800 yards. That's where the M1As and the big Sharps like to go.

I'm native Pennsyltucky, born & bred.
Checkin this thread gave me a reason to call my friend Steve on the tree farm. We used to be able to shoot Swiss style, hilltop to hilltop there then jump in the p'up and race across the fields to see if any 1000's hit the mark.
God I miss him and my K11...I may have to get back east before too long, he's camping on all my decent Match grade ammo.

in Western, CT, me and my friends either shoot at our homes (no zoning, and the cops are only called if its too late for the noise, other than that, the cops dont give a hoot) or at the Naugatuck State Park. High Rock Shooting Assoc.

Vermonter here, just love this state, I walk a good 100 ft from my front porch look to my right aim and fire, got a 200yd range set up, the only problem is the road's kinda close and I tend to scare the city folk who come to watch the leaves change color. Gotta love it though when they are going 2 mph down my road then hit 40 mph when they hear automatic gunfire. :icon_biggrin:
But there is a club in Barre I've been to once they got a good range set up, hard to get there but worth the effort.

Peabody (pronounced peebadee), Massachusetts about 20 miles north of Boston and I like to linger at Collectors Gun Gallery in Stoneham or believe it or not a "NEW" gunshop in Middleton (a couple of miles away, I didn't think anyone had the brass ones to try to open a gun shop in Mass anymore).
I shoot at the Andover Sportsmans Club. Outdoor range (paper, hanging plastic jugs and steel plates) from 10 to 100 yards only but also a brand new indoor range, trap and 2 archery ranges. Great members, keycard access, I often shoot all by my lonesome!!

W. Bridgewater MA here. That's south of Boston, right next door to Brockton.
I shoot at Mansfield Fish and Game. I stopped "hanging out" some time in 1989 when I graduated high school.

where? I can come down any time on weekends so this doesn't have to be a 1 shot deal.
Does anybody know of a place to shoot, fairly long range? I'd like to sight in my iron sights on my FAL and plink with the AK.
We need a place that won't attract Commie cops, a safe place. All I have is evil rifles and high cap mags, except for the FAL and AK Hunter, the rest is..
No, I can bring down the bolt guns!!!!

i dont konw of any long range places in CT really, the longest i have is 100m. though to be honest, i'm not all that familar with our ranges, just the local ones by me in CT.
also, what's the rules for bringing guns over state lines?

Regan passed a law that states that you can carry to an event or to a destnation without being in trouble with the guns in the trunk, ammo inseperate containers, all LOCKED, but if you go off the beaten path, doom on you.
In CT, we'd be thrown in jain just because.
I travel with an arsinal in the trunk all the time to Mass. The, Haverhill Hound Rod and Gun club off of Salem St/Kingsbury ave Haverhill. (obviously)
Nobody goes there, and, My Brother might be able to get us in to shoot in an afternoon.
I can't hit the broad side of a barn most of the time because I don't have the patieance all the time to benchrest my guns. I have a bit of an ADD issue.
