Well I would like to order a Randall Knife. They are not cheap or quick (2011 delivery date at this time) but I have wanted one for a while. I would like to put a REAL Ivory handle on it. I have the info on the size piece I need (Its something like 1.5" by 5" piece, but do not have it here in front of me). Now where can I get a nice, I guess legal, piece of Ivory? I mean I need a good quality piece, without cracks. Anyone have any idea of where to get this stuff? Or how much this will set me back?

The knife I would like to get is labeled "E". It would probably have a 7" blade.

Remember, as Ivory ages it will develop cracks. You might want to get a piece that is aged already (75 yrs.) that has already done its cracking. Just a thought.
