My daughter is watching Hello Kitty and I felt inspired.

To refinish or not to refinish, that is the question.
Yes I finished steaming the crud out of the stock set but there are some cracks to begin with so this one will be sevice grade...
I'm an Arborist so I should be able to find some really unique burls to carve into a new one.
Oh, crap now I need another gun!

well... since the first was deterined to be pokey... here's Gumby! Gotta get some pics of this stock outdoors... the indoor lighting and cell-phone camera dont quite do it justice.

Love that green wood, no joke, nice job partner.
My next will be a BLOOD RED wine (Spanish) stain standard stock set so...
After that I want to hand carve a longer darkwood stock set full of rich burls...
Then a Blondie poplar folder/removable...'Mauser'esque
Someone stop me it's happening again!!
