I looked around but I couldnt find any of the good old "how to mount the HK91 scope to the Cetme" threads.
Im hoping they didnt get lost during the transition to the new board.
Either way, I just got two scope mounts for an HK/91 ($25 shipped), I'll update this thread with pics later on for you guys to tell me what I got.
The seller if offering for me to return them if I dont like them or they dont fit.
Im planning on putting a Bushnell 1x28 trophy Red Dot on it. I originially was going to leave my Cetme with just the iron sights, but Im getting a good deal on this. ($75 for Red Dot NIB and mounts, shipped)

One is a B-Square, and the other one I dont know. Neither have any markings that I can see as far as brands.

The Leapers scope mount part #mnt-p688 was the scope mount that was on the old post. The only place I can find that is selling it at the moment is Airsplat.com http://www.airsplat.com/Items/AC-MNT-P668.htm
If I am correct, they were drilling and tapping the center of the mount to accept a set screw that would lock it into the hole at the rear of the reciver on a staped cai. Something like a 10-24 set screw, so it will not go through the hole, just lock into it to prevent front to rear movement.

why wont they mount??? they should lock on with minimal filing/fitting, and IF they move when shooting, then you want to try the threading the hole thing. If not, your golden.

That's the SWAT mount it looks like... its ok, and great for most people.
Lor Diego why won't the mounts work????? That solution is only for rifles that have trouble keeping a mount still.

i used a swat mount similar to the cope's mount and had problems the ears bending ,then it would move ,also the mount was a little to high. the low mount gives you a good sight picture and is holding real well with the ultimate mod on my cetme

try it first and see if youhapen to be able to moount it up with no movement. If you go with one of the higher mounts... I highle recommend a Cherokee Cheek piece for a good sight picture.
