Does the reloader come with the hopper and press and shown in this picture below?

that one is different than any I have seen-just what is in the photo-the bullets run up that channel and flow down-not the hopper type-what is the press for? never seen one or anybody use one-

The one with the hopper is for the Colt 1928 model I beleive, and the "press" is smply a clamp to attach the loader to a bench. it slides into the dovetail slot at the base of the loader.

I am not sure if the loader that cobra!tx has use the same attachment method.
