Finally got to meet Enigma Nostra, very nice guy and great fun to shoot with, thanks E. I brought my Bushmaster, AK, and CETME and a 38, 357, & 9mm. He brought his Dragonov, CETME, 10/22, Mossberg 500, M44, Mac10, and another pistol that escapes me at the moment. Beautiful day to shoot, had the range to ourselves, also brought a friend of mine as well. Tried my CETME first and with the new trigger job from Bill Springfield it shoots like a dream. Got into the AK and of course it ran like a top till the stock screws came a little loose, but still lots of fun. Tried out E's Dragonov, wow that is a very nice rifle. Recoil was not bad and the Czech(?) 147gr silvertip seemed to be very accurate and hot( :) ). Tries his Mossberg and the top folding stock is very nice on it. Loved the Mac10, but damn is it heavy. Everything was going nicely till we noticed that the 7.62x54 had apparently been going through a heavy guage steel target box and veered off to the top of a ridge in front of us and the bullets were still hot when they landed. Then the wind picked up and we had a big job to do. :( All in all, had a very good time at the range, did some good shooting, got a workout, and made it home safe and sound to be able to go out and do it (almost)all again.

Had a good time. Had a few issues with my CETME, the bolt seems to be hanging or something, just isnt slamming home. Gonna take it apart and put on a differnt guide rod and spring in case its either of those.

The drag shot like a dream, as she always does. Need to work with her scope more, was having issues dialing it in @ 100 yrds. But then thats gonna happen when you cant see your hits from all the way back (amen for being half blind!)

The fire was an interesting experience, and one Id rather not repeat. Im still not convinced it was the silvertip, but its possible and I dont have a better possiblity. We hiked our responsible and out of shape selves up and took care of things, was gettin to be time for new boots anyways.

The reproduction stripper clips for the M44 were absolute crap. But it shot pretty nicely.

The unnamed pistol was the CZ-52 ive been working on. Aside from the accuracy being soso, the only issue was a pin kept backing out. Have it staked again, hoping will stay staked now.

MAC-10 was great, and alot of fun.

Mossberg was sweet, still kicks like a mule. Was great to finally feel comfterable trying to hipshot it, never like to try that sort of stuff at indoor ranges.

Loved the revolvers that bullseye brought, hes got me tempted into a wheelgun, even if I did toss rounds everywhere trying to be cool and snap it closed :1087:

His CETME was lovely to shoot, functions a hell of alot better than mine.

The AK was nice, but the grip a bit bigger than was comfy for me. AR was nice as well.

Overall, great day, hope to have a few more people next time, but was very enjoyable.

Hey, EN...how many you got? PM me if you'd consider selling them. Brass or steel ones?

The pin was coming out of my CZ52 a lot as well. I just ordered the screw from makarov.com when I bought a new firing pin. Now it can't come out.
