My good friend Ryan Horsely at Red's Trading Post up in Idaho was called on the carpet by the ATF for the usual bull of paper work violations and had their FFL suspended. This was a minor error but the FFl was revoked much the same way the ATF has been doing to a lot of the small dealers using this as a means of shutting down the mom and pop gun stores. Ryan has started a petition to present to the powers that be to try and curb the ATF and bring about a speedy appeals process. I have the link below.

Sounds like the same thing that they did to Military Gun Supply in Fort Worth..

The ATF closed them, then forced them to sell off their inventory under close supervision...Then MGS sold their remaining assets to a small local gun shop that will assume the name and operations. I guess they took all the whuppin they could take...

Done! I see that the Bureau of Allegations, Tales, and Fabrications has not slowed down. Hitler and Stalin would be proud! Isn't amazing that the federal bureau that has the worst record for civil rights violations, and kicking down doors of the wrong residence is also the same outfit that has billed the government for over 4 billion dollars in unauthorized and illegal overtime pay for it's agents in Iraq?!?! Has anything been done about them? Not yet! But they'll take your guns in a heartbeat if allowed!
