If you are in the market for a pistol but are not exactly rich like some of the board members:087: here are I'd like to make a suggestion.
The Magnum Research Baby Eagle can be had in 9mm, .40, and .45. You can get a nice one for 450.00 if you look hard enough. While that seems cheap, the pistol is anything but cheap. They have polygonal rifling and wound return springs. They are so tight that when I bought the 9mm, the dealer gave me a box of IMI ammo (for an UZI) to get the spring broke in. These pistols are also extremely accurate and will get better as a polygonal barrel will do over time/rounds.
There are many cheap psitols out there but this one has the looks, quality, reliability, and accuracy you should demand.
