Threading a Cetme barrel?

Howdy all,

One of my shooting buddies traded into a Century Cetme with a cut and crowned barrel. We were out last night near dusk shooting it and wowee is this thing a flame thrower. Fireball was about a foot across. Is it possible for a home gunsmith to rethread and install a FH? Any links to parts and tools?
