Civvy only, and a neat variant of the SKS.

As Lurch said, Made actually here first, then taken back to china and exported. There is a story some where, I thnk Simonov.net or so. Midwest ordnance, started the conversions and the chinese inmporters came here and saw them then started building them in China and exporting them before the ban. There are three variants I have read of, one with a miltary stock(the rarest one I have never seen one in person) and folding bayonet, and then the two varients, one with a standard sporting stock and one with the planet of the apes thumbhole.

If you do some research on the lesser variants of this rifle, the sks, there are some full auto variants of it, and they did use detachable magazines, just rarely seen and never exported, but used in some parts of the world. Just the lintage of the sks-d here is civilian.

I have one with the Monte Carlo stock, it is a M model. The ones with shortened barrels and bayonets are paratrooper models. Don't know if they are conversions or not. Here's the M model.
